Outgoing goods
JTL-WMS standardizes the picking and packing of orders and thus avoids errors. To do this, it automatically creates pick lists for your warehouse employees and shows optimized routes so that as many products as possible can be collected and brought to the packing station in one go. This not only saves time, it also saves your employees time.
JTL-WMS offers four different automated shipping processes from which you and your company can choose the process that suits you best. JTL-WMS is therefore by no means a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, you can choose between the following four options depending on the nature and size of the stock, as well as the order type and product range:
- Easy Shipping is particularly suitable for warehouses with few items.
- If you frequently ship several products at the same time, we recommend JTL shipping boxes.
- Do you have a lot of small parts and a large number of items? Then optimize your outgoing goods with JTL’s rolling order picking.
- The mobile packing table is particularly suitable for very large items.
We would be happy to work with you to select the shipping process that suits you and your company and set it up together with you. JTL also offers the option of using JTL ShippingLabels to print your shipping labels directly from the shipping process in JTL WMS. We would be happy to set up this function together with you so you save yourself the extra work of ordering stamps, trips to the post office or data exports and imports. An automated scale connection is also possible. Here too, we are by your side from implementation to hardware consulting.
Storage location management
With JTL WMS, you can easily map your warehouse and optimize processes and routes. Each storage bin is provided with a barcode for this purpose. This means you can easily block bin locations or reserve them for certain items.
Even if your warehouse is organized dynamically and you always store where space is available, which has proven itself many times, JTL-WMS can be helpful for you. For example, it provides your employees with optimized routes for picking and packing, which saves time and meters. Stock transfer processes can also be easily controlled from JTL-WMS.

Incoming goods
With JTL-WMS, the goods receipt processes of your warehouse are easily standardized. You can easily place orders via the Wawi and as soon as they arrive in your warehouse, your employees scan them in and the WMS automatically books the order in the appropriate place. Returns can also be easily processed in this way. A list of returns and orders is automatically created via scan.
