Technical Support JTL Software (m/f/d)
Part-time or as a working student
Your tasks
- Advising our customers regarding JTL software (JTL-Wawi, JTL-Shop, JTL-WMS, JTL-POS, etc.)
- Support by phone, remotely or on-site at our customers’ facilities
- You will implement technical solutions developed in a team and work with various JTL software products
Your profile
- You have experience working with JTL software (JTL-Wawi, JTL-Shop, JTL-WMS, JTL-POS)
- You work independently, are keen to coordinate project processes and work in an interdisciplinary team
- You are willing and interested to stay up to date with JTL software products
