ECF Architects - Social media marketing in the area of employer branding & recruiting

ECF Architekten from Aachen faced a similar problem to that faced by the majority of companies in Germany in recent years: the shortage of skilled workers was making it considerably more difficult to recruit staff. Previously established recruiting methods were not producing the desired results – new solutions and, above all, new team members were needed!

Our collaboration began with a series of workshops on the topic of employer branding. Together with the management and a number of employees, we discussed topics such as personas and target groups, corporate values and EVPs.

Based on the developed content, we formulated a marketing concept with a focus on social media and job portals.

We were able to implement this concept as part of our ongoing support. The support includes consulting, brainstorming and content creation. The content support was supplemented by the creation of a template set for social media postings.
